Last year at Mobile World Congress (MWC) Sivers IMA Holding AB (Sivers IMA) and Cambridge Communication Systems (CCS) signed a contract for the development of a 60GHz radio module for CCS’ new self-organizing (SON) mmWave access and backhaul Metnet node. During this year’s show in Barcelona, CCS is showcasing its new product.

CCS will demo its brand new Metnet 12Gbps unlicensed 60GHz mmWave product at stand 7B71 in Hall 7. CCS will also share its overall 5G vision and outlining how Metnet SON delivers a viable, scalable path to 5G.
