Sivers IMA, Blu Wireless Technology and Integrated Device Technology IDT will join forces at the Broadband World Forum at Messe Berlin on October 24-26, to demonstrate Gigabit speeds fixed wireless access suitable for demanding infrastructure applications where link budgets and flexibility are key for successful implementation.
Sivers IMA today share that they successfully passed an important milestone with the new WiGig RFIC, the TRX BF01/00. During the last months, comprehensive verification and validation activities has been performed at Sivers IMA’s as well as with partners. These validation activities include interoperability tests with several different baseband platforms/modems.
Sivers IMA Holdings AB confirms that their wholly-owned subsidiary CST Global, UK’s leading, independent, III-V opto-electronic, semiconductor foundry is a participant member of the ‘VCSELs for miniature atomic clocks’ (MacV), government-funded, research project, receiving a grant of £202,056.
Sivers IMA Holding AB confirms that its wholly-owned subsidiary, CST Global, UK’s leading, independent, III-V opto-electronic, semiconductor foundry, has signed a Master Purchase Agreement (MPA) with a large, North American-based, global provider of network systems. CST Global is to supply opto-electronic devices, essential for the deployment of next-generation, cloud, data-center and Hyperscale data center applications.
Sivers IMA is pleased to announce the new RFE02401/00 24 GHz radar front-end, RSE02401/00 complete radar sensor and EVK02401/00 evaluation kit. Designed to enable rapid development of custom tailored radar solutions, these products provide a platform for the evaluation and integration of radar sensing technology into a wide variety of systems. Radar products developed for the 24 GHz license free ISM band enables highly accurate distance and speed measurement in scenarios such as level measurement, anti-collision and object detection.
Sivers IMA Holdings AB confirms that its wholly-owned subsidiary CST Global, UK’s leading, independent, III-V opto-electronic, semiconductor foundry, has received a new single order for Silicon Integrated Photonics (SIP) devices worth US$490. The order was placed by a North American photonics company who will use the SIP devices within an opto-electronic platform, which is used to increase the data line rates of existing, fiber optic networks around the world.
CST Global, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sivers IMA Holdings AB and the UK’s leading, independent, III-V opto-electronic, semiconductor foundry is leading the government-funded, ‘Diode Laser manufacturing process using Nano-imprint lithography’ (DiLaN) project. The DiLaN project aims to produce high-speed DFB lasers with significantly larger broadband line rates than currently available, whilst using a new manufacturing process aimed at reducing laser costs by a third.
