VCO: Surface Mount Ultra Wide Band Oscillators

These Surface Mount Ultra Wide Band Voltage Controlled Oscillators features improved phase noise available from S- to P-band covering from 2 to 20 GHz in only five units! The VCOs are all fundamental frequency versions and all have built-in buffer amplifiers, output filters and are free from sub-harmonics. All VCOs are available as surface mount components with SMA connector, when the VCO is mounted on an evaluation board. The temperature range can easily be extended to cover -40°C to +85°C. However, the standard units are tested and specified to cover a temperature range of 0°C to 60°C.
